1. Introduction

"DeluxeHomeBrands " takes your privacy seriously. This privacy policy describes how and why we obtain, store and process data which can identify you. We may update this policy from time to time and shall indicate on the web site when changes have been made.

2. The Information we collect

Information is collected from you when you register with us, or when you contribute to or use some of the advanced features on our online web properties (we do not control the practices of Amazon or its partners) . The information we collect is clearly set out on the web page on which we collect it. See for example our registration page and order form. In addition, we may collect your IP address and use cookies unless you configure your web browser not to accept them.

3. Why we collect it

We collect information about you so that we can personalise your use of the site, assist your use of the site and improve the site generally. Depending upon your selections for our data protection questions we may arrange for you to be sent information about related products and services from us and carefully selected third parties (see section 4). 4.1 We will only pass on information about you as an individual (as opposed to aggregate information) to third parties to enable us to perform services requested by you or with your prior consent.

4.2 If you give your consent, we will pass your contact details to third parties who may then occasionally send communications to you to provide information, offers and services that may be of interest to you.

4.3 In certain circumstances we may need to disclose information about you if you breach this privacy policy or if you breach the Terms and Conditions. We may also disclose or access your account if required to do so by law or by any Governmental body.

Returns & Replacements

DeluxeHomeBrands Returns Policy

DeluxeHomeBrands will endeavour where possible to replace all returned items, however it is at our discretion whether to proceed with claims.

For damaged/faulty goods the best and fastest way to resolve a dispute is via the manufacturer's warranty.

Faulty Goods, If a product is faulty within 12 months of purchase,

1.Contact us through the contact form for a returns reference number - state the fault that has occurred (it is at our discretion whether to proceed with the return procedure).

2. Once you have a returns reference number send the goods back to us with the returns number attached and a detailed description of the fault that has occurred.

3. Once we have received the item it will be passed to our QA team for testing.

4. If it has been found that the item returned has been damaged through improper use the returns procedure will be invalidated and no refund will be given.

5. If a claim is valid a replacement will be sent to the buyers address, however if the product is no longer listed in our inventory a refund will be given as prescribed in our returns policy.

6. This process can take up to 28 working days to complete.

Unwanted Items

1. If within 7 days of purchase the buyer decides they do not want the item a full refund will be given minus the cost of returning the item and an admin fee for processing the item, this fee is set at £12.99 per item.

2. If the buyer wants to return an unwanted item they need to fill in the contact form to reclaim a returns reference number or contact us via email.

3. All unwanted items must be sent unopened in their original packaging.

4. If the item has been opened or if packaging is damaged there will be a fee of 20% to cover re-packaging costs.

5. The Seller will arrange collection, which is determined by the buyer, this can be arranged up to 3 days from contact and will be through our preferred courier between 7am and 7pm weekdays only

Shortages/ Picking errors

1. In the unlikely event of a picking error or a shortage of an order, we will recover the items or send another order to cover shortages at our own costs.

2. If however it is found that there is no error in the order the buyer will be liable for postage and any other costs incurred.

Returning Items

1. All items returned must be returned in the original packaging where possible.

2. When packing the item it must be sufficiently protected as not to get damaged in transport, if however this is not followed then no refund will be given.

3. If we recover an item from the buyer then the correct procedure will be sent with the returns reference number.

4. The buyer is responsible for the product until we sign for delivery, therefore it is recommended that the buyer sends the product back via a recorded delivery courier as we are not responsible for goods in transit back to us, unless specified by ourselves.
