How to dispose of electrical items.

In accordance with government legislation (WEEE directive), products bearing the crossed out wheelie bin symbol shown below may not be disposed of in domestic rubbish. You are required by law to dispose of old electrical appliances in the correct manner.

Electrical waste disposal service.

When we deliver your new product we can collect your old one and dispose of it responsibly for you. This service costs £14.99. Please call our customer services team on 0871 221 3623 prior to placing your order to book this service.

We're also a member of the Government's WEEE DTB Scheme (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Distributor Take Back). This means that we have already paid for your local civic amenity site to recycle your items if dropped off with them.
